- Overcomplicated backgrounds and architecture
- Armor

I. GENERAL TERMS- For the sake of better understanding, please describe your order in the most precise and detailed way possible, without any excessive information.
- You have to provide visual reference(s).
I can work with descriptions only for character designs and references.
- I retain all rights to all images created. You're allowed to use commissioned artwork for non-commercial use only (as avatar, wallpaper etc).
- I reserve the right to decline any commission asked of me on any grounds, whether or not I tell you what they are.II. PAYMENT- Please provide full pre-payment of your commission before I start working on it.
- All payments should be in USD or RUB (Boosty)
- I use Boosty\Hipo and Lava.Top as payment systems. The payments must be done by Boosty\Hipolink\Lava.Top donates.

III. PROCESS AND CHANGES
- After payment, in the near future I will send you a sketch.
- After the sketch is approved, I will not change it.
- I do not send WIPs unless I encounter difficulties with your character. Therefore, if you want to see WIPs, ask them.
- I work quickly, but sometimes I have problems, so have a patience! Don't rush me, please.
Deadline: 7 days - 4 months
- If you have a deadline(for example, you urgently need art tomorrow or within three days), then I take 100% of the amount of commission.
- I draw illustrations longer than other art. be prepared to wait longer than usual.
All changes to the work must be made at the sketch stage (except for the color)
Color can be little corrected on the finished work (if I made a mistake). Or, if you ask for a WIP, you can fix it at the stage of flat colors.
If you forgot to mention something at the sketch stage, then it's not my fault.
If you want me to make fixes on the finished piece - you have to pay for each new fix (again, if it's your mistake, not mine - otherwise the fixes are free). Sorry for such a strict point, I had a few unpleasant incidents in the past).
- Each fix on the finished artwork costs $10IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY- Unless the drawing is private or for commercial use, the artist (me) holds copyright to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
- I can use the copyrighted artwork for promotion, displaying at my portfolios, posting it anywhere I like and as sample artwork.
- The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, post it anywhere he (she) likes, ⚠️but only with a reference to the artist (me)⚠️, and claim the right of their character(s) (not the drawing itself).
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. Copyright infringement includes:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (you cannot use the artwork for personal income).
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork (you cannot state you have drawn it youself).
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without discussing it with the artist (me).- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be additional 150% of original price.
- With commercial rights you are allowed to use the artwork commercially (for merchandise or any other source of income - books, covers, etc.).
- You can use it for self-promotion, change it in any way you like.
- You must still provide reference to the artist (me).- A Purchase of Private rights to the artwork will always be additional 100% of original price.
- You hold the copyright to a Private artwork.
- I will not use a Private commission in any way.
- A Private artwork still cannot be used commercially.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY- I have the right to cancel the commission before the payment was received.
- You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment is received.
-I can't refund the money because this feature is not available on the platforms I use.
- You do not have any right to cancel the commission or demand a refund from the artist (me) after the payment is received and if I have already started your commission.⚠️⚠️⚠️ Under extraordinary circumstances, some of the points could be changed after a discussion with the artist (me). ⚠️⚠️⚠️
